OUR STORY

How G/TPA Started

G/TPA was founded after identifying a clear gap in how glass claims were being handled. Carriers deserved better — better service for their policyholders, better data on their programs, and a partner who actually understood glass. So we built the infrastructure from the ground up: a purpose-built platform, a vetted nationwide shop network, a dedicated claims call center, and reporting that gives carriers real visibility into program performance.

We launched our first carrier program and proved the model in production — with real claims, real policyholders, and real shops. That experience validated every decision we made about how a glass TPA should operate, and it continues to shape how we build and improve every day.
